5) How to apply for Certification?
 
Ans: You need to register for the certification as described above. You can pay online through your Credit Card. Once the payment is
done online, kindly send a scanned copy of your Identity Proof(Any one of the following – Passport / SSN / Voter Id Card / Driving
License / Ration Card) to admin@telecom-certifications.com. Once we receive the Id proof, we’ll activate your account within 24
hrs and send you a confirmation mail with the transaction id. You need to use this transaction id for activating your certification
account.

 
6) What is the cost of each training?
 

Ans: Each of the Certification will cost you $100 (one Hundred US Dollars).
 
 
7) If I do not have a Credit Card, how to register for certification?
 
Ans: If you do not have credit card, we’ll forward you the Swift details of our bank. You can pay it through wire transfer to our bank.
Once the payment is done, we’ll send you the transaction id. You need to use this transaction id for activating your certification

11) Can I pay now and take exam later?
 
Ans: You can pay and schedule the exam and a transaction id will be generated and send through a mail. But the transaction is will be
activated only after you submit your Id proof. The exam can be taken any time with 3 months of activation of transaction Id.

 
12) Where to write the exam?
 
Ans: It is an online exam, which could be taken from any part of the world as long you have a computer with internet connection.
 
 
13) Is there any possibility of someone registering for the exam and someone else writing the exam.
 
Ans: While we ensure that the credentials entered by the candidate are right and correct to our best possible extend, there is every
possibility that one person can register for the exam and someone else could write the exam. Remember just by producing a
Certification doesn’t entitle you for any job. You need to take other proficiency interviews or tests conducted by the respective
companies.
 
 
14) Do I need special training before taking the exam?
 
Ans: Professionals working in Telecom Domains can take the exam directly. For others who are already trained in telecom technologies
also doesn’t need any special training. Candidates without domain knowledge on Telecom does need training in the respective
domains either online or classroom.
 
 
15) What if my system powers down while taking the exam
 
Ans: If your system powers down during the examination, kindly send a mail to the admin@telecom-certifications.com. We’ll generate
another transaction id for the continuation of the exam later time. You’ll need to start from the position where your system
ended and doesn’t need to take the entire exam again.

 
 
16) Are there any Prometric centers for taking the exam
 
Ans: Currently there are no Prometric centers for taking Convergence Labs Certifications. It is an online exam, which could be taken
from any part of the world as long you have a computer with internet connection.
 
 
17) How is the certification issued once I clear the exam
 
Ans: Once the online exam is cleared with minimum required qualifying marks, an eCertificate would be generated on the user’s
system, which could be printed as a reference copy. However we’ll also be posting you the hard Copy by Post within one week
 
from the date of clearance of Exam.
 
 
18) Does the portal give any eCertificate?
 
Ans: Yes.
 
 
19) How to see the eCertificate?
 
Ans: Once the exam is cleared with minimum required qualifying marks, an eCertificate would be generated on the user’s system,
which could be printed as reference copy.
 
 
20) Can I quit the exam in between while taking the exam?
 
Ans: Yes you can quit the exam in between if you are not confident and take the exam later. This is possible up to three times only.
 
 
21) If I take the exam to improve my scores, will my old marks show up?
 
Ans: You’ll have administrative control of displaying the exam marks of your choice. Suppose you take SS7 exam twice, and your
second exam has less score, you can hide the second score and can only display the first score.
 
 
22) How will others see my scores?
 
Ans: You’ll be given a transaction code. And if you want others to see your scores, you just need to send this code to them. By
entering the Transaction code, they’ll be able to see you scores only and cannot review or manipulate your administrative data.
 
This code can be published in your Resume (CV) so that the interviewers can see your scores before they call you for interviews.
 
This acts as a verification from the companies concerning your score.
